business ethics still count

There are those who will say that copying someones idea for a startup or template or web content, is just part of the deal. something that is almost impossible to control and have copyright or trademark on. Im not one of those people. I have seen unimaginative scumbags steal someones idea and bring it out under a similar name. This is why developers prefer stealth mode and dont want or need to attend start up camps and webmondays for example.
Heres my take on this. Stealing is stealing however you do it, This type of stealing is the most spineless version thats all.
No wonder apple keep their ideas and products under lock and key until the final moment, there are snakes in the grass everywhere.
So if it looks like your idea, smells like your site or product and quacks like a copy cat, it probably is. Image banks are constantly on the lokout for those who steal images without paying the licence fee. Why do people steal?well, because they can.
