I got an iPhone 3G and, in the best tradition of non-early-adopting and always (if possible) skipping one generation, I will avoid the 3G S. Two things will blow my mind and make me upgrade:
1. Support of PC peripherals like external HDDs and USB Keyboards.
2. Being able to play the old Interplay/ Black Isle Studios (remember those guys?) RPGs on an iPhone.
(3. If my iPhone goes kaputt... I am yet to buy a case for it.)
